Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our driver-guide will pick you from your hotel after your early morning breakfast at 07:00am to start your journey to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. On your way, you will pass by the Equator for a photo shoot and then continue to the park.

There will be an opportunity to view vast vegetation and landscapes as you drive to the park. On arrival at Kingfisher Lodge, you will be ushered to your room upon check in and then have lunch as you prepare to go the afternoon game drive. During your afternoon game drive, you will be able to see the following wildlife; Buffalos, elephants, monkeys, baboons, spotted hyenas, warthogs, topis, lions etc. your game driver will last for about 3 -4 hours and then head back to your lodge for dinner and relax for the night.

Game Drive and Boat cruise

This day is the highly of the safari. After your early morning breakfast at the lodge, you will be driven to the landing site near Mweya Safari Lodge for the 9am boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. This boat cruise can last for about 3 hours and some of the wildlife you will come across includes; Hippopotamus, Nile crocodiles, different bird species such as the African fish eagle, yellow billed stock and the African Skimmer. You will so be able to see some elephants by the riverbanks and waterbucks.

After your boat cruise, you will be driven back to the lodge for lunch and a bit of freshen up as you prepare for your afternoon game drive. This game drive will last up to 06:00pm and the driven back to your lodge for dinner and an over night.

Departure for Entebbe

After this memorable safari, you will have your early morning breakfast and then set off back to Entebbe. With enough time on our hands, you will get an opportunity to have stop over at Igongo Cultural Centre to know about the Ankole Kingdom culture and then later for lunch and to take photos along the way.
