Dar es Salaam- Mikumi National Park

Pick you up from the airport, hotel or ferry terminal and start drive to Mikumi National Park (5 hours and 30 minutes) drive. Stopover in Chalinze/Morogoro town for lunch. Once in Mikumi National Park, you will go on the afternoon game drive.

Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park and is the most accessible from Dar es Salaam. Within its 3,230 sq km area, it is set between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the south-east. Mikumi hosts buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, zebras, leopards, crocodiles and many more.

Mikumi National Park-Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, we go on an en-route game drive while we exit the park. We will then head back to Dar es Salaam with a lunchbox. With option of boarding Fast Standard Railway Gauge (SGR) once in Morogoro. On arrival, we will drop you off at the ferry, hotel or the airport.
