Tarangire National Park, known for its vast baobab-dotted landscapes and dense wildlife population, offers an unforgettable safari experience. Home to one of Africa’s largest elephant concentrations, the park also hosts lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, and diverse antelope species. After a hearty breakfast, we begin our scenic journey to Serengeti National Park, traveling through the stunning Ngorongoro region. Along the way, we’ll stop at a picturesque viewpoint to take in sweeping views of the surrounding landscapes, including endless plains, rolling hills, and distant volcanic craters. Capture stunning photos before continuing on. Upon arrival in the Serengeti in the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery. Afterward, we’ll set off on an exciting late-afternoon game drive, where you'll have the chance to witness the incredible wildlife of the Serengeti, including the iconic Big Five. As the sun sets over the vast savannah, we’ll return to Serengeti Wildebeest Camps for a cozy overnight stay and a delicious dinner, offering the perfect end to the day.

After breakfast, you'll embark on a journey to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari experience. As the world’s largest unbroken and unflooded caldera, the crater offers a glimpse into the heart of Africa’s natural beauty. Descend into the crater and explore its rich ecosystems, from lush grasslands to dense forests, and encounter a wide range of wildlife, including the Big Five. One of the highlights is Lake Magadi, a vast alkaline lake in the southwest that attracts flocks of flamingos. After an exhilarating day of wildlife sightings, we’ll drive to the town of Karatu, where you’ll enjoy a restful overnight stay at Bougainvillea. Nestled in the scenic area, the lodge offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding after a full day of adventure.

Day 6

Karatu to Lake Manyara National Park

After an early breakfast, we’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its incredible biodiversity and stunning landscapes. This park is a birdwatcher's paradise, with thousands of vibrant flamingos often gracing the lake’s shores. If we’re lucky, we may spot the famous tree-climbing lions, a rare sight that makes Lake Manyara unique. We’ll also visit the hippo pool for an up-close encounter with these fascinating giants, as well as explore the park’s famous hot springs. Along the way, enjoy sightings of a variety of wildlife, including buffalo, wildebeest, warthogs, baboons, monkeys, and birds of prey such as eagles and vultures. The park’s lush landscapes, which range from dense forests to open grasslands, provide a beautiful backdrop for our game drive. After the adventure, we’ll return to our booked accommodation for a well-deserved rest and some time to relax, reflecting on the day’s remarkable experiences.

Today, you’ll explore the stunning waterfalls, starting with a scenic hike through the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Your guide will share fascinating insights about the Chagga people, their village life, and the surrounding flora and fauna. The views are breathtaking, and with a bit of luck, you may even catch a glimpse of the majestic summit of Kilimanjaro. The waterfalls, towering over 80 meters, lead to a refreshing pool perfect for a swim—so be sure to bring your swimwear! Afterward, you'll return to Materuni village for a traditional Chagga lunch and a taste of local banana beer. A highlight of the day will be the coffee experience, where you’ll learn how to make and savor fresh coffee while enjoying Chagga songs and dances. Finally, we'll drive back to Arusha or Moshi, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
