Arusha – Momella gate – Mariakamba Hut

After breakfast at your Hotel in Arusha, we pick you at 08.00 am, and drive to Arusha National Park, for game drives. You will do wildlife tours game drive for 2 hours, and then proceed to hiking start gate. 1 Hr, Hike Distance 10 km, 4 – 5 hrs, 1000m ascent, Alt: 2516. Dinner and overnight at Mariakamba Hut. Our Guide, cook and porter give you enough support to fel at home, and enjoy your adventure. We depart with picnic lunch boxes, drink water, and all fir to st aid stuff.

Mariakamba Hut to Saddle Hut to Summit

Our chef provide hot drinks, breakfast meals, and snack for your summit ascend Mount Meru. Hike Distance 4km, 2 – 3 hrs, 1050m ascent, Alt: 3566. During your Mount Meru trek, our guide will help you spot the wildlife such as birds, and bushbaby. Have dinner and overnight Saddle Hut. Dinner will be hot meals, balanced diet to enjoy your mountaineering adventure with us.

From Meru Saddle Hut to Momella Gate and back to Arusha

Now you have an alpine experience to celebrate, and enjoy your breakfast before descent back to Momella gate. Hike Distance 14km, 6 to 8hrs, 3050m descent, Alt: 1516. After you reach your Mount Meru foothill, our 4 x 4 safari jeep will take you through Arusha park for wildlife tour for one hour. And then drive 1 hr back to Arusha. If you will trek Kilimanjaro in your next adventure, we will transfer you to Moshi, and get one day rest in your Hotel. Option of 4 days Mount Meru trek is great for beginner climbers.
