Early in the morning, at 6:00am (pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for an 8:00am flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti.

Upon your arrival at Seronera Airstrip at 10:40am, our driver guide will pick you up and continue with a game drive in Central Serengeti. You will stop for lunch at a picnic site inside the park and proceed with the game drive until evening. Afterward, you will head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site, occupying an area of around 15,000km² (5,800mi²). It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species. This area is teeming with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the Dry season. Additionally, the northern Serengeti supports abundant resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and rare oribi antelopes.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

You will depart from your accommodation after breakfast at 6:00am for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes about three hours to reach the Ngorongoro gate. You will embark on a full-day crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, which departs at 4:30pm. Upon arrival at 5:30pm, our driver will meet and transfer you to your hotel.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its natural and cultural significance. Once you descend into the crater, you will have an excellent chance to spot the Big Five animals (lions, buffalos, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos). You will also see bird species like flamingos in the crater lakes and marvel at the spectacular natural environment inside the crater. Be ready to spot many varieties of wild animals within a short timeframe.
