Golden Monkey Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Wake up early for a hearty breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing on the golden monkey trekking. Accompanied by experienced guides, embark on a thrilling trek through the Bamboo Forest in search of golden monkeys. Once you encounter these incredible creatures, spend an awe-inspiring hour observing their behavior and interactions. Return to your lodge for lunch and continue to cross the border to Uganda as you drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

After breakfast, your driver guide will take you to the park office for a briefing about the gorillas. Later, you will begin trekking in search of the great forest apes. After finding them, you will spend one hour in their presence, identifying their behaviors and taking pictures. Later, you will transfer to Bunyonyi for your day of relaxation and overnight stay.

Transfer to Kigali

After a relaxing breakfast, you will drive to Kigali. You will have stopovers along the way to capture scenic views of the rolling hills of Kigezi as you continue to the busy Katuna Border. After crossing, enjoy the landscape of the other side of Rwanda as you end your journey in Kigali City. You can have a last-minute shopping trip at the craft village in Remera before your scheduled flight. That will be the end of your memorable, adventurous four-day tour.
