Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Leave for Maasai from Nairobi through the smooth tarmac road, which will take at least 5 hours to the Sekenani gate. You will be welcomed by a brief game drive en route as you proceed for check-in at the lodge. You will arrive in time for lunch. Then, you can relax and enjoy the cool savannah grassland. Later, proceed for your game drive at around 15h00. On your way, expect to see wild animals such as elephants, lions, cheetahs and different bird species. Return for dinner and an overnight stay at Lenchada Tourist Camp.

Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve

You will go on an early morning game drive in the Mara, which is well known for its rich wildlife and rich nature. Have your camera ready to take pictures as you expect to encounter different types of wild animals in large numbers, including lion, wildebeest, Grevy's zebra, hyena, antelope and more. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and relax as you prepare for the next adventure.

After lunch, have an afternoon game drive. You will stop at the Mara triangle formed by the Talek and Mara Rivers. This is where the wildebeest migration takes place. Over a million wildebeests and zebras cross from neighbouring Tanzania and are attacked by crocodiles. You will return to the lodge with the sunset view scattered through the Mara forestry. Dinner will be served before your overnight stay at Lenchada Tourist Camp on a full-board basis.

Departure From Mara to Mombasa

After breakfast, you will enjoy the lodge's amenities and proceed with the check-out procedure. After an early lunch, check out and visit the Maasai village, where you will have a cultural experience of the Maasai people. Then, proceed to Nairobi, where you will board our modern train to the coastal part of Kenya for relaxation and enjoyment at ocean-facing accommodation for a wonderful experience.

Mombasa Exploration

After breakfast, you will have time to enjoy activities at the hotel and on the beach, such as sunbathing, sundowners and boat trips. After a delicious Swahili lunch, you will be picked up from the hotel at around 14h00 and proceed to Haller Park to feed the giraffes. Explore the snake park and see other animals like waterbucks, hippos, and tortoises.

Mombasa to Nairobi
