Embark on an exhilarating safari adventure by departing from OR Tambo International Airport at 07h00. Traverse the picturesque landscapes of the Highveld and Lowveld in Mpumalanga, arriving at Sekekama Tented Camp by approximately 14h00.

Take a moment to refresh before diving into the excitement of an afternoon sunset game drive within the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon Reserve aboard an open safari vehicle. Keep a keen eye out for the iconic Big Five - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo - as well as other fascinating wildlife like giraffes, zebras, and hippos. Conclude the day with sundowners in the bush, followed by dinner and storytelling around the boma fire back at the camp.

Your second day offers 2 options; an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast en route and an earlier return, or a leisurely breakfast at the lodge before departing and returning later.

Departure times will be communicated the night before, allowing flexibility based on current animal activity for optimal game viewing.

Spend approximately 7 to 8 hours on a safari in Kruger, exploring the Orpen-Satara area for a heightened chance of encountering lions. Return to the camp, where you can unwind before a starlit dinner by the fire.

Today marks a return to the enchanting sights and sounds of the bush. You will rise early to be ready at 05h30 (when predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are most active) for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park with The Kruger Safari Co.

Your Kruger Park safari will last 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with enough time to relax before dinner by the fire. Aim to check off more creatures from your bucket list and explore new landscapes and habitats. You will have dinner under the stars (with a complimentary glass of wine) every night, sharing your experiences with others and making new friends.
