Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will set off for Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. The panoramic viewpoint is your first view of this expansive, lush caldera.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is famous for its diverse wildlife, including over 120 mammal species and the Big Five. It is a prime spot for seeing the endangered black rhinoceros grazing on the grasslands and large herds of hippopotami in the cool waters.
From your open-top vehicle, you will have excellent opportunities to observe and photograph Africa's iconic wildlife. The crater is filled with predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as large populations of wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, Cape buffalos, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the park's famous hippo pool before heading back to Arusha Airport.
