You'll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha early in the morning.
Drive to Serengeti National Park
The journey begins the drive takes approximately 6-7 hours, depending on stops and road conditions.
Along the way, you'll witness the diverse landscapes of Tanzania, Upon arrival in Serengeti, you'll embark on your first game drive. The Serengeti National Park is where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles traverse the plains. You'll have the chance to see:
Big Five: Lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos.
Other Wildlife: Cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.
Landscape: Endless Savannah's, acacia woodlands, and kopjes (rocky outcrops) are iconic features of the Serengeti landscape.

After an early breakfast, you'll set off on a sunrise game drive across the Serengeti plains, providing the perfect chance to see lions, leopards, and other predators in action. The sight of the rising sun igniting the savannah is truly breathtaking.

As you continue through the Serengeti, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch on a small hill that offers a panoramic view of the flat landscape. Following lunch, you'll explore the vast Serengeti plains, where you'll be captivated by the diverse wildlife roaming Africa's iconic savanna. In the evening, you'll head to Ngorongoro for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we'll embark on our eagerly anticipated excursion to the Ngorongoro Crater, often hailed as the Eighth Wonder of the World. When you first view this remarkable caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you'll understand why it holds such a prestigious reputation.

The Ngorongoro Crater is teeming with diverse wildlife, including the Big Five, and is renowned for its excellent chances to see the endangered black rhinoceros. Enjoy a meal near the hippo pool, where you can take in views of the lake and the many hippos relaxing in the water.

From the comfort of your open-roof 4x4 Land Cruiser, you'll have the opportunity to photograph and observe some of Africa's most iconic animals. Ngorongoro is home to a variety of predators, including lions, leopards, and a range of other wildlife such as wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, and Cape buffalos. After your game drive, you'll be transported to your hotel in Arusha, where your safari concludes.
