Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Pick up from the airport or hotel by our tour guide/ driver, short introduction, begin your drive to Masai Mara, driving along the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara. Stop over on the way for sightseeing the geographical wonder and then pass by an old Chapel built in 1942 by the Italian POW’s. Continue our drive along the countryside and reach a place called Narok. This is the last town for the relatively urbanized Masai before we enter the bush. Arrive by noon, check in for refreshment and lunch. Take Some time to stretch and relax followed by a game drive inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. Back to the lodge for sun-downer dinner and sleepover.

Day 2

Masai Mara

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5. Take full advantage of what the Mara has to offer. Birding can also be done throughout the year with the reserve having a record of over 570 species of birds, with more than 50 bird species of prey which include: Eagles, vultures, storks, and many others. The Mara is one of the most famous ecosystems in the world and with reason, this huge expansion is home to an astonishing variety of wildlife, difficult to believe, over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You might be lucky to see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes, and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. Dinner & overnight stay at the camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

This day after morning breakfast, have a short briefing by our driver/guide and then have an optional visit to the Masai Village for some cultural orientation and to support the villagers by buying curios and artefacts. Begin your drive to Lake Nakuru, you will have a short stop over at Narok town, proceed to Nakuru arriving on time check in for lunch and refreshment, a game drive at Nakuru National Park, best known for the black Rhino, Buffalo and many more after game drive back to the lodge for dinner and sleep over.
