In the morning, we'll depart from Arusha and head to Tarangire National Park, which is named after the river flowing through it that quenches the thirst of numerous animals such as giraffes, waterbucks, wildebeests, zebras, and a large population of elephants. The park is a birdwatcher's paradise, boasting over 550 bird species. It features a rugged landscape adorned with baobab trees and diverse grasslands. After a morning game drive, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the river, followed by more wildlife viewing until we exit the park in the late afternoon.

Serengeti NP
After breakfast, we will set off for Serengeti National Park. This renowned park is home to the Big Five: rhinoceros, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and lion. Covering almost 14,000 square kilometers, it ranks among the largest national parks globally. The name Serengeti, derived from a Maasai word, translates to "endless plains."
The park boasts an estimated 3 million large animals, including over 2,500 lions, 1.2 million wildebeests, and more than 200,000 zebras, although these numbers can fluctuate. Visitors might also see giraffes, baboons, colobus monkeys, gazelles, antelopes, crocodiles, hippos, waterbuck, hartebeests, and other wildlife. Additionally, over 500 bird species inhabit the park, such as ostriches, vultures, martial eagles, kori bustards, crowned cranes, and secretary birds.
You'll either have a picnic lunch or enjoy a camp-out meal. The Serengeti is a fantastic destination to visit any time of year!

Following breakfast, you will take a wildlife drive to the main entrance of the Serengeti, stopping for a picnic lunch along the way. The route to the Ngorongoro Crater offers a variety of sceneries, from wide-open plains and sweeping hills to deep woods. You will reach your lodging in the early evening.

Ngorongoro Crater
Following breakfast, you'll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, renowned as one of Africa's safari highlights and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The name Ngorongoro means "gift of life" in the Maasai language.
Before venturing into the crater, you'll enjoy spectacular views from the crater rim, offering sightings of elephants, lions, buffalos, zebras, and a variety of other animals and birds. A picnic meal will be served near the hippo pool, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
The Ngorongoro Crater is breathtaking throughout the year, teeming with diverse wildlife. This adventure will be an extraordinary experience. Depending on the weather, you'll either have a clear view of the crater or see mist drifting into the base.
In the early evening, you'll head back to Arusha city for drop-off at your selected accommodation.
