2 travelers on Start dateArusha to Serengeti National Park
At certain times of the year, you might have the chance to witness the incredible great migration, featuring up to 100,000 wildebeests, zebras, and Thompson gazelles. After breakfast, you'll journey to Serengeti National Park. During the short rainy season in October and November, these herds migrate from Kenya's Masai Mara through the Serengeti's northwest region to the southern plains. Following the heavy rains of April, May, and June, the herds slowly make their way back through the Serengeti's western and northwestern areas. This migration schedule can vary depending on rainfall. Your guide will strive to locate the herds and ensure you have the best possible view.
