We hope your flight is scheduled for an early landing at Entebbe Airport. Upon arrival, you will be received and welcomed to the Pearl of Africa by the assigned Professional English-speaking Kyooma Gorilla Safaris Guide. Then you will hit the road to transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Ugandan countryside and local villages with Lush green countryside, and beautiful landscapes that characterize this part of Uganda. Optional:(at an extra cost) Just in case you have reached early and are interested, you may choose to go for a breathtaking night game drive. Else, you will arrive in the evening and you will do little but check in accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Be up as early as possible for breakfast, and go for an early morning game drive in Lake Mburo NP. While on the game drive expect to see wildlife such as zebras, impalas, elands, giraffes, buffalos Topi among others. Depart Lake mburo national park and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable national park. The major highlight of Bwindi is that it’s a big habitat for endangered mountain gorillas (harboring over 400 mountain gorillas roughly half of the world’s population), you will arrive at Bwindi in the evening and check in at your lodge. Spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the tranquil surroundings, and overnight at the lodge.

After an early breakfast and proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing by an experienced ranger guide on the dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking. Begin your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi by entering the Gorilla sanctuary through the dense rainforest, following the guide's lead. The beauty of this rainforest is spectacular! The area offers a dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. After Encountering a family of mountain gorillas, spend an awe-inspiring hour with them. The shrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is awesome and an exciting experience to be long-savored. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and some rest, thereafter if you like Optional: (at an extra cost) You could choose to go for the Batwa community visit and have a great time watching them dance and sing cultural performances.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP via Ishasha sector in search for tree climbing lions

After an early breakfast checkout and proceed to Queen Elizabeth NP Park, the park is a home to a variety of wildlife like primates (including chimpanzee) classic big games, and more than 600 bird species. En route Ishasha sector which is famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. Spotting these unique creatures as they laze on the branches of fig trees will paint lasting memories. (though sometimes they are hard to spot) You will also be able to spot other wildlife such as Uganda kobs, cape buffalos, elephants, and warthogs in addition to tree-climbing lions, and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth NP arriving in the late afternoon just check-in and have a relaxing evening.

Day 5

After an early breakfast head for a morning game drive along the Kasenyi plains and be on the look for wildlife such as; cape buffalos, waterbucks, elephants, lions, leopards (though hard to spot), and bushbucks, among others which will leave you amazed. Return to your accommodation for lunch and some rest time.
Later in the afternoon, take 2 hours on a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel which connects Lake George and Lake Albert, expect to catch sight of wildlife like hippos in a big concentration, elephants, crocodiles, and various water birds such as the African fish eagle, the African skimmer, and the yellow-billed stork among others and this experience will fascinate you. Return to the lodge for a relaxing evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Return to accommodation for lunch and some rest time, later depart for Kibale National Park popularly known for its Primates like Chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and red-tailed monkeys. You will arrive in the evening and do little but check into your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Have breakfast and head to the trekking point where you where you will receive some briefing on the dos and don’ts during chimp trekking. Thereafter proceed on an exciting chimpanzee trekking adventure with an experienced ranger guide. Once you locate Chimps you will be allowed a full hour in their presence Observing these intelligent creatures in their natural habitat and learning about their behaviors an experience that will leave you marveling. Return to your accommodation for lunch and some rest time.
Thereafter go for Bigodi swamp walk. The Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is a fascinating area located in magombe swamp. This area is recognized for its extensive array of biodiversity among which several primate’s species like the white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons, and the L’Hoest monkeys. The Bigodi is also a paradise for bird watchers and among the major bird species found in the Sanctuary is the Grand Blue Turaco and other fascinating flora and fauna.
