Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You'll be picked up from your Arusha hotel or Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport and then drive for approximately 3 hours to Tarangire National Park. Once there, you'll embark on a full-day game drive, with a hot lunch served within the park. In the evening, you'll head to Twiga Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Tarangire is renowned for its impressive herds of up to 300 elephants, which can be seen foraging in the dry riverbeds. The park is also a haven for a variety of wildlife, including zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle all congregating around the dwindling water sources. With its rich concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem, it offers opportunities for predator sightings. Unique to Tarangire, you can spot dry-country antelope like the stately fringe-eared oryx and the peculiar long-necked gerenuk. Additionally, during the dry season, Tarangire serves as a crucial refuge for migrating species, making it a dynamic and vibrant part of Tanzania's wildlife landscape.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

After waking up this morning you will have a full breakfast, pack your luggage in the safari jeep, then do an en-route game drive to Serengeti with your lunch. On the way, you will be able to view the beautiful Rift valley view of the Ngorongoro Crater. You will reach Serengeti at around 3:00 pm.
You will have an evening game drive in Central Serengeti where you will be able to see the sunset. Afterward, you will have dinner and your overnight stay in Seronera Campsite inside Serengeti.
The major attractions in Serengeti are endless plain and great Serengeti wildebeest migration which involve 1.5 herbivores and predators that follow them. They move from one area to another almost in all parts of Serengeti because of drought. Our driver guide will make sure you will be able to see part of the wildebeest migration.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast will be served at around 6:00 am. You will then have a morning game drive inside the Serengeti with a packed lunch. You can expect to see lions, wildebeests, leopards, impalas, elephants, crocodiles, zebras and many more. In the late afternoon, drive to Ngorongoro and enjoy an en-route game drive for 3 hours.

Check in at the Simba Campsite which is located at the rim of the crater for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha City

You’ll start your day early, around 5:30 a.m., with breakfast before descending to the Ngorongoro Crater floor. Here, you’ll have the chance to see all of the Big Five, along with various bird species and the elusive black rhino. During the day, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater, taking in the natural beauty and high concentrations of flamingos.

After a 6 to 7-hour game drive exploring the crater, you’ll begin your ascent back to the rim. On your way, you'll stop by the campsite to collect your luggage and prepare for the journey back to Arusha for an overnight stay or to Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport for your departure.
