After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game drive in the reserve with a packed lunch to enjoy during the drive. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lion and is one of the few places where you have the chance to view the “Big Five”. The cheetahs are used to the vehicles, and they seek shelter from the hot sun under the safari vehicles and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded here.
In the evening, you will return to the lodge located along the Mara River, for dinner and your overnight stay.
