Flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport/ Transfer by road to Serengeti

Today, you will take a morning flight at 8:00 AM from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon your arrival at Arusha Airport at 9:30 AM, our driver-guide will warmly welcome you.

After a safari briefing, you will begin your drive to Serengeti National Park, with a stop at the Olduvai Gorge Museum, where you can take photos. Once you reach the Ngorongoro gate, your on-road tour will begin, offering opportunities to spot animals such as zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, gazelles, and more as you continue toward the Serengeti gate. You will stop for lunch at a picnic site in the Serengeti before proceeding with a half-day game drive until the evening, then head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After a restful night surrounded by the sounds of nature, you will be awakened by the songs and chirping of birds in the heart of the Serengeti. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out for the game drive at 7:00am.

Today is dedicated to seeking the famous Big Five animals, which include lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos. The Central Serengeti is known for its incredible wildlife population, providing excellent opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.

In the evening, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After breakfast at 6:00am, you will depart from the lodge for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive will take about two hours to reach the Ngorongoro gate. You will embark on a full-day crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive to Arusha Airport for your flight, departing at 4:30pm to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:30pm, our driver will meet and transfer you to your hotel.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a World Heritage Site based on natural and cultural criteria. Once you descend into the crater, you will have a great chance to spot the Big Five. Bird species like flamingos live in the crater lakes, and the amazing natural environment inside the crater is exceptional.
