You'll depart from Nairobi after breakfast and embark on the lengthy drive south to the Maasai Mara. En route, you'll pause to marvel at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley. Later, you'll head to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving around noon. Enjoy a game drive as you make your way to Mara Maisha Camp for lunch. The Maasai Mara, home to the Big Five, also hosts the annual Wildebeest Migration, providing a spectacular setting for your first safari day. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will head to the Masai Mara Reserve for a full-day game drive, exploring the park's best parts. Alternatively, embark on a hot air balloon safari, gliding above the action before landing on the plains for a champagne breakfast amidst the wildlife. This experience can be arranged for an additional cost. Alternatively, you may choose to unwind at your camp in the morning, savor lunch on-site, and set out for an afternoon drive once the weather has become more temperate. You'll spend the evening dining and staying overnight at the camp.

Day 3

Wave goodbye to the Maasai Mara and Kenya following an early breakfast and a game drive en route to the Isebania border crossing. Once immigration formalities are completed, you will be greeted by your new driver to proceed into the renowned Serengeti National Park for an afternoon of wildlife viewing. The Serengeti, teeming with vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes, offers a scenic backdrop for observing predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as a variety of herbivores including elephants, hippos, and giraffes. Your lunch, dinner, and overnight accommodations will be at the Heritage Mara Camp.

You will rise before dawn for a memorable sunrise game drive, witnessing the sun ignite the savannah as you seek out big cats embarking on their morning hunt. Following breakfast, you'll embark on a full-day expedition across the Serengeti plains in pursuit of the Big Five and, timing permitting, the spectacle of the Wildebeest Migration. Navigating around kopjes where lions bask in the sun, you'll encounter some of the planet's most renowned wildlife amidst the vast plains and expansive sky of Tanzania's treasured Serengeti. Day 5

After breakfast, we immediately hit the road back to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. The journey takes us through a different path across the Serengeti, providing ample opportunities to see the wildlife that remained unseen on the second day. The landscape is dotted with vast herds of animals; wildebeests and zebras migrating in unison, elegant giraffes, bounding antelopes and gazelles, the formidable African elephant, and the revered predators. You'll get the chance to observe sleek cheetahs, elusive leopards, scavenging hyenas, and, of course, the regal lion. The day ends with lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at Marera Valley Lodge, a comfortable mid-range accommodation.

After breakfast, you will set out for the Ngorongoro Crater, often hailed as the Eighth Wonder of the World. As you catch sight of the immense, green caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, its prestigious reputation will become clear. Seated in your open-top vehicle, you'll have the opportunity to watch and snap photos of some of Africa's iconic species. The crater hosts an array of predators, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, along with a multitude of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, cape buffalo, and others. It stands as one of the top safari destinations in Africa.

Later in the day, we will head to Arusha city, marking the conclusion of our safari.
