Nestled in the lush highlands, the park features the stunning Lake Momella and the majestic backdrop of Mount Meru. As you drive through the park, you'll encounter buffalo, zebras, antelopes, and, if you're lucky, leopards and the striking red colobus monkeys in the verdant forests.
Enjoy a picturesque picnic lunch within the park before continuing your exploration. As the day winds down, head back to your accommodation to relax by the pool, savor a delightful dinner, and rest up for another exciting day ahead.

Begin your day at Lake Eyasi with an exciting visit to the Hadzabe, one of Africa's last hunter-gatherer communities. Join them on a traditional hunt, learning their ancient tracking and survival skills. Engage in their daily life, from gathering wild fruits to crafting arrows, and listen to their fascinating stories. Next, meet the Datoga, renowned for their craftsmanship. Watch as they skillfully forge tools and jewelry from scrap metal, a tradition passed down through generations. Experience their vibrant culture through dance and song, and gain a deeper appreciation for these unique, resilient communities. Conclude your adventure with a sunset over Lake Eyasi, reflecting on a day rich with cultural discovery and connection.

As you drive down the crater’s steep walls, marvel at the panoramic views of this massive caldera, teeming with life. The crater floor, a mosaic of lush grasslands, acacia forests, and shimmering lakes, is a haven for wildlife. Spot the Big Five: lions lounging in the sun, elusive leopards in the trees, and massive elephants grazing alongside rhinos and buffalos. The sight of thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles roaming freely is mesmerizing. Keep an eye out for the flamingos painting the lakes pink and the hippos wallowing in the water. With every turn, the landscape reveals new surprises, from hidden hyenas to majestic eagles soaring overhead. As the sun sets, drive out of the mesmerising Caldera, with plenty of memories.

After your lunch, your Uzuri driver guide will drive you to Arusha where we will bid you farewell and drop-off for other onward arrangements.
