Tarangire National Park
On this day, you will embark on an adventure in Tarangire, a vast and diverse national park in Tanzania. Home to a remarkably large elephant community, the park also boasts an intriguing array of majestic baobab trees. The Tarangire River, the sole permanent water source in the region, serves as a focal point for a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as a population of up to six hundred elephants. Lake Manyara National Park
Early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park followed by a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Natron
After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Natron, located in northern Tanzania near the border with Kenya. Situated northeast of the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Natron offers travelers a unique extension compared to other national parks they may have visited. The landscape is dominated by Ol Doinyo Lengai, an active volcano south of Lake Natron. The lesser flamingos are the most famous attraction of Lake Natron. 75% of the world's population of lesser flamingos is born on this lake. They gather on the lake from August to October to lay eggs, which hatch during the short rainy season in November. Today you will visit the lake and the Ngare Sero waterfalls where to take a refreshing bath.
