Nairobi to Masai mara National Park

At approximately 8:00am, our representative will pick you up from the airport and start a journey through the Great Rift Valley. You will witness stunning landscapes and breathtaking views! Travelling southwards, you will stop at a viewpoint to take in the scenery. The destination for lunch will be the renowned Masai Mara, famous for its abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an exciting game drive, encountering plains game, black-maned lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and various other wildlife species. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at a lodge or camp in the Mara, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of this remarkable location.

After an early breakfast, bid farewell to Masai Mara and begin your journey towards Lake Naivasha National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive as you leave the Masai Mara region and head towards Lake Naivasha. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, depending on the route and any stops. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, check in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. You can explore the surrounding area late afternoon and enjoy various activities. Options include a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos, birdlife, and other aquatic animals. You can also take a nature walk or visit Crescent Island, known for its up-close encounters with wildlife.

Tsavo East National Park to Diani Beach

After an early breakfast, enjoy an en-route game drive as you leave the park to transfer to Voi Railway Station for the Madaraka Express train to Mombasa. The train departs at 12:08pm and arrives in Mombasa at 2:00pm. A driver will meet and transfer you to Diani Beach, which is around 1 hour and 15 minutes away. On arrival, transfer to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Relaxation at Diani Beach

For this last day, you will be at the beach and spend your leisure time enjoying the hotel facilities. The beach is popular for relaxing and honeymooners, backpackers and families on holiday. Try a camel ride for the tourist experience, or book a bike tour inland for a glimpse of life in local villages. Extensive vegetation from the beach includes numerous palm trees covering the coastal areas. The Mwachema River flows into the sea at Diani Beach. The general area is known for its coral reefs, black and white colobus monkeys, and the closely located Shimba Hills National Reserve, a wildlife reserve which looks out over the Indian Ocean. Diani Beach has restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and several shopping centres. The beach is also popular for kitesurfing, jet skiing, and snorkelling. All meals will be served at the hotel.

Diani beach to Nairobi Airport

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Mombasa train terminus, where you will board the SGR train connecting to the Nairobi train terminus. You will be transferred to JKIA with enough time for check in (usually leave around 3-4 hours for this activity).
