3-Day Tsavo East and Tsavo West Safari from Mombasa

Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park

Pick-up from your hotel or the airport in Mombasa will be at 6:0am. You will then drive along the Mombasa—Nairobi road to Tsavo East National Park, entering through the Bachuma Gate. Upon entering the park, you will embark on a game drive, searching for the Big Five.

You will visit the famous Aruba Dam, where you can observe various wildlife. Afterward, you will travel to your lodge or tented camp for check-in and lunch.

In the afternoon, a second game-viewing drive will take place, allowing for a more relaxed exploration of the park's big game trails. As you continue your adventure, enjoy the magnificent views of the African sunset. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be provided at the lodge or camp.

Tsavo East National Park to Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and embark on an en route game drive as you head to Tsavo West National Park. Upon arrival, you will enjoy another en route game drive to your accommodation, where lunch and a brief rest await you. You will return to the park in the afternoon for an exciting game drive. During this drive, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the stunning landscapes and spot various wildlife, including leopards, elephants, lions, warthogs, dik-dik, rhinos and various bird species. In the evening, you will be driven back to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tsavo West National Park to Mombasa

We will wake up early for a game-viewing drive before sunrise. This is the best time to experience nature, with predators on the hunt and grazers browsing among the soft, dewy vegetation, all set against the stunning colors of the rising sun illuminating the volcanic terrain. After the drive, we will return to our lodge or camp for breakfast. Following breakfast, we will check out and drive back to Mombasa, with a brief stopover in Voi, for lunch at your own expense.

We expect to arrive in Mombasa late in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we will drop you off at your hotel, the airport, residence or the Mombasa port.
