Upon your arrival at the airport in Uganda, you will be warmly welcomed by our dedicated driver/guide, who will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. He will greet you with a friendly smile and assist you with your luggage, ensuring a seamless transition from the plane to your ground transportation and transfer you to our villa in Kampala. Upon reaching the Villa, you'll be welcomed by the friendly staff who will orient you to your cozy and comfortable room, where you can unwind and recharge after your travels. With the airport pickup and first-night stay in Kampala all taken care of, you can look forward to the adventures that await as you explore the wonders of Uganda in the days to come.

Day 2

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, our guide/driver will pick you up from the Villa and set off to Murchison Falls National Park.

This is Uganda’s best-known and biggest nature reserve. Its most memorable feature is an incredibly powerful waterfall. A boat safari during your stay will offer a closer look at the majestic falls while providing ample opportunity to see some of the incredible wildlife that the park is known for along the way.

You will visit the top of the falls and later go to the lodge for Lunch and an overnight stay.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

You will wake up very early in the morning for a game drive before animals go into hiding to look out for Lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, and many more. Later return for breakfast, relax, and after lunch, go for the afternoon boat cruise to see the bottom of the falls, hippos, crocodiles, birds and elephants, buffalos drinking water on the water backs.

After breakfast, you will check out and embark on the long, winding drive to the lush Kibale National Park. As you depart your accommodation, a sense of anticipation will build, knowing that the journey itself promises to be a highlight, offering ample opportunities to soak in the ever-changing vistas of the Ugandan countryside. Along the way, you'll relish the chance to make strategic stops, allowing you to stretch your legs, explore local points of interest, and indulge in a relaxing lunch amidst the charming rural scenery.

Day 5

Chimpanzee tracking and Queen Elizabeth National Park

Chimpanzee tracking and Queen Elizabeth National Park

Kibale National Park is the best place for chimpanzee tracking because the forest has high population densities and sightings are most common here. This walk will take you through the jungles of rainforest in search of them for about 2-5 hours depending on their location. While your chances of encountering chimpanzees are high during your tracking excursion, it is never 100% guaranteed. These are, after all, wild animals with wills and minds of their own! Later after your lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most visited game reserve and arguably the most scenic. The national park protects the vast savannah plains, bushland, wetlands and forests that lie at the base of the Rwenzori Mountain range. On your first game drive you will explore the park along a 200-kilometre network of well-maintained game viewing tracks.

Day 6

In the morning we offer you an opportunity to do a game drive in search of one of the lion prides, Leopards, herds of Elephants and Buffaloes in the park.

Later in the day when the sun is high in the sky and the animals make their way to the lake for a drink, we will head to Kazinga Channel for a boat safari. You will spot more hippos today than you can imagine. Herds of elephants and buffalo will also wander down to the shoreline to bathe in the cooling waters. A boat safari is a fantastic way to get close to wildlife and for many visitors, the boat safari is the highlight of their visit to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Stay at the same lodge.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Your journey today will continue southwest toward Bwindi Forest. This is one of our favorite drives in Uganda. The roads wind through lush rainforests, skirting hilltops (keep your eyes open for the volcanos!)

Gorilla Tracking is the main highlight of a visit to the southern parts of Bwindi Forest, but you are also in the perfect place for volcano hikes, birding, nature, and cultural walks. The sunset scenes are unforgettable so make sure to find your way to the veranda in time for sundowners.

Encountering the rare and endangered Mountain Gorillas is an experience of a lifetime. Half of the world’s population of gorillas live under the mist-covered canopies of Uganda’s oldest and most biologically diverse rainforest. In the company of an experienced park ranger, you will be tracking the whereabouts of one of the habituated family groups who live in the park. Later transfer to Obumwe Conservation Village.

After breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the lush landscapes and friendly locals of the Ugandan countryside and make the journey back to the lakeside city of Entebbe with a stop at the equator for lunch, photos, and souvenirs. Later proceed to the airport in Entebbe for your flight to your next destination.
