Day 1

Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park

Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our professional guide from your hotel who will transfer you to Saadani National Park. The park is a sanctuary for an unusually large buffalo population. An interesting feature of the park is you enjoy the beach and safari at the same time. Animals concentrate along the river which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife, including lions and elephants. In the evening, you will drive to your accommodation at Saadani Bandas for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will drive for a game viewing in the park. After a wonderful game drive, you will return for lunch and a short break. Later, enjoy a late game drive until the evening, return to swim, and have a cold drink at camp. Later, join us for dinner and overnight.
