Welcome to Zimbabwe! It's time to start your safari. After some minor introductory formalities, you'll start on this wonderful journey of discovery. It can be hard to look away from the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the most impressive sights anywhere in Africa. The wall of water, known here as Mosi-oa-Tunya, is a stunning, mesmerizing view.
You will be transferred from the airport to your lodge. After checking in, you will decide whether to spend the afternoon relaxing at the poolside or start exploring immediately. Optional activities can be arranged directly at the lodge during your stay. Otherwise, let us know your preferences, and we will arrange them in advance. Your stay here is a self-paced, leisurely tour.
The falls are explored on foot. Well-built walkways and pathways that one simply follows lead to various viewpoints along the way. The lodge will provide shuttle services at an extra cost to and from the falls.

To ensure a smooth transition of your road transfer to Kasane, you will be picked up at the lodge in Victoria Falls at around 10 am. You will be driven to the border and assisted with the procedures by our driver and representative in Zimbabwe. Your Botswana guide-driver will be waiting for you at the border and will transfer you to the lodge and facilitate your check-in. You will then get to know each other and have a briefing about the trip and the destinations en route on your Botswana safari adventure.
In the afternoon, at no later than 3:30 pm, we will embark on a sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River within the Chobe National Park. The shores of the Chobe River are particularly impressive due to their biodiversity. This excursion is one of the highlights of this tour. Expect really big elephants, keep an eye out for lions, and sightings of crocodiles and hippos are always possible.

Elephant Sands (Nata)
We will start our journey toward Maun in the morning, leaving in the morning so that we can make the most of the day. Our next stop on the way is Elephants Sands, a 3-hour journey covering 255km.
If you've always dreamed of being close to elephants, you'll love Elephant Sands. Accommodation includes large safari tents and a campground, and the public areas have a bar-restaurant and a swimming pool. The main highlight here is that the whole place surrounds a waterhole where large numbers of elephants come down to drink throughout the day, making this one of the best places to see elephants anywhere. You might even see lions.
You'll love the warm light and cooler temperatures as we take you out to explore on your afternoon game drive. This time of day is when both predators and prey are most active and it can feel as though anything could happen at any moment. This is when you'll most enjoy being on safari.

Planet Baobab
Leaving early in the morning, we'll pass through Nata, a busy crossroad town in northeastern Botswana. Roads from here fan out across the country, heading for some of Botswana's most important towns and safari destinations. This 155km journey will take around 2 hours.
Just outside the town of Gweta and close to Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, Planet Baobab is a relaxed place where the rooms and all the public areas have plenty of color and character. It has a swimming pool and a breezy bar and restaurant area. It's an excellent place to meet lots of other travelers.
You'll explore Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, one of Botswana's quieter and most surprising parks. The landscapes here include the often dry but wildlife-rich Boteti River in the west, and vast salt pans out in the east. Lions, brown hyenas, meerkats, and the annual zebra migration are all highlights, and the salt pans offer some remarkable views, especially at sunset.

Moremi Game Reserve
We wake up early for breakfast as we get ready to transit to Moremi Game Reserve through Maun. We will have brunch in Maun before we proceed. The drive will take about 3 to 4 hours, depending on what you see on the way. Upon your arrival late afternoon, you will find the camp already set up, warm water for a shower, and dinner around the fire with your safari guide.
The Moremi Game Reserve is well known for its comprehensive protective measures regarding the wildlife within its parameters. This has allowed for the coexistence of different species of predators, such as wild dogs, lions, leopards, and hyenas, to name a few. During our 2-night stay here, we will explore the area and experience what Moremi has to offer.
A boat cruise in Moremi is a must to partake. You can see different bird species on a boat cruise and get very close to wildlife.
