1-Day Excursion to Tarangire National Park

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your lodge in Arusha by our Kimgoni Tanzania Safaris guide. We will set out for Tarangire National Park, traveling on a well-maintained tarmac road that stretches across gently rolling Masai plains dotted with acacia trees. As we drive, we will pass many Maasai people in their colorful attire walking along the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle and even driving donkey carts!

Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari vehicle, we will observe the seasonal swamps, savanna, and the life-giving Tarangire River. We will endeavor to encounter a variety of animals, including zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants and giraffes.

We will drive you to your drop-off destination at the end of a full day of game driving.
