Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your safari guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. There, you will receive a briefing about your 11-day stay before enjoying dinner and your overnight stay in preparation for the wonderful trip ahead.

Day 2

Start your day with an early breakfast before setting off on a six-to-seven-hour road trip to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, take a detour to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, home to white rhinos. Here, you will embark on a guided walk through the sanctuary, spending up to three hours tracking rhinos.
Afterward, enjoy lunch at Kabalega Dinners before continuing your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Spanning 3,840 square kilometers, it is Uganda’s largest national park, home to approximately 451 bird species and 76 mammal species.
Upon arrival at the lodge in the evening, you’ll spend time relaxing before dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

Start your day with a cup of coffee before heading out on a game drive around the Nyamisika Plateau, where you may spot early risers such as Rothschild giraffes, leopards, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, bushbucks, and African elephants.
Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation before embarking on an afternoon launch cruise along the Nile. The park is divided into the southern and northern banks by the flow of the Victoria Nile. While on the boat, you will see hippos, Nile crocodiles, and various water bird species, including pelicans, Goliath herons, saddle-billed storks, kingfishers, and the rare shoebill.
You will disembark at the base of the magnificent falls, just a few meters from the Devil’s Cauldron. Here, you can take photos before hiking to the top of the falls, where you will witness the thunderous roar of the Nile as it forces its way through a seven-meter-wide gorge, plunging 43 meters into the river below.

After breakfast, set off on a long drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Portal, with a stop for lunch along the way. Enjoy the scenic journey, passing through stunning landscapes with views of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges.
Queen Elizabeth National Park boasts incredible biodiversity, with over 600 bird species and a variety of wildlife, including African elephants, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, and Cape buffaloes.
Upon arrival, proceed to your lodge for refreshment, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Start your day with an early breakfast before heading out on a morning game drive to search for wildlife such as lions, waterbucks, Cape buffaloes, leopards, forest hogs, topis, African elephants, warthogs, and various antelope species.
After the game drive, return to the lodge to freshen up and have lunch, after which you’ll set off on a two-hour launch cruise along the 42 km Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. While on the boat, enjoy sightings of large hippo schools, Nile crocodiles, and a variety of wildlife and water bird species.

After an early breakfast, you’ll drive to Kalinzu Forest, part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, for your chimpanzee tracking experience. From there you will head to the Ishasha sector for a chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions. You’ll then continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through stunning terraced highlands, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Africa." Enjoy lunch along the way before arriving in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, check in at the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 7

Wake up early and have breakfast before taking a short drive to the park's visitor center. There, you will meet experienced ranger guides for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of your gorilla trekking adventure. After the briefing, you’ll begin your trek into the dense, misty forest in search of the gentle giants. The trek can take anywhere from two-to-eight-hours and requires hikers to be physically fit as you will navigate steep altitudes of over 7,500 feet.
Be sure to pack plenty of water, a picnic lunch, sunglasses, a hat, a raincoat, a waterproof jacket, long-sleeved shirts and trousers, and a no-flash camera. Upon encountering the mountain gorillas, any exhaustion from the hike will fade as you spend an hour in their presence.

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast before embarking on a drive to Lake Bunyonyi, Africa’s second deepest lake, known for its numerous islands and breathtaking views of rolling terraced hills. The lake, home to 29 islands, is free of bilharzia and crocodiles, making it safe for swimming. Its name, “Bunyonyi,” means “many young birds” in the local language; and as the name implies, it offers some of the best bird watching in Uganda.
Upon arrival, you may choose to go canoeing on the lake before having lunch at the lodge and taking some time to relax. In the afternoon, you will take a community walk to experience the local culture, enjoy traditional Bakiga dances, and purchase souvenirs.

Start your day with an early breakfast before transferring to Lake Mburo National Park, one of Uganda’s smallest parks but home to a high concentration of wildlife. Covering 371 sq km, the park hosts large populations of zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, elands, giraffes, warthogs, reedbucks, oribis, and various bird species.
Along the way, enjoy views of the rolling terraced hills of the Kigezi region and stop in Mbarara town—known as the "Land of Milk and Honey"—for lunch. You’ll arrive at the park in the late afternoon and embark on a two-hour boat cruise on the lake before settling in for dinner and your overnight stay at the lodge.

After breakfast, you’ll head out on a morning game drive through Lake Mburo National Park, where you'll have the chance to spot diverse wildlife and bird species against the backdrop of scenic savannah grasslands. After the game drive, exit the park and begin your journey back, stopping for lunch along the way. You'll also have a stop at the equator, where you can take photographs and purchase some souvenirs.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before embarking on a Kampala city tour. You’ll visit the Uganda Museum, the Uganda Martyrs' Shrine, the King's Palace, and local art and craft shops, where you can purchase souvenirs to remember your 11-day adventure safari in Uganda. After the tour, your safari guide will transfer you to Entebbe Airport, where you’ll bid farewell to Uganda.
