Your adventure begins the moment you touch down at Entebbe International Airport. Your driver/guide will receive you at the Airport. You will stop at Victoria Mall for a hot cup of coffee before you embark on the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Park.

The drive is long but equally rewarding as you will go past many small towns, roadside markets, settlements and villages, farms, and stunning views of the changing countryside. You will also have several stopovers for photography, lunch and snacks.

You will reach Bwindi in the evening and check in at your lodge where they will be expecting you. You will have some time in the evening to relax from the long drive, take in the serene atmosphere and prepare for your gorilla tracking experience on the next day.

Today is the day you've been eagerly awaiting! After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla tracking rules and guidelines.

Accompanied by experienced trackers and guides, venture into the thick forest in search of one of the world's most incredible creatures - the mountain gorillas.

This experience is truly magical as you'll have the chance to observe these gentle giants up close in their natural habitat for a whole hour. The trek may be challenging at times, but the reward is immeasurable.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the local culture by visiting a nearby community, the Batwa who were also the early forest dwellers. Engage with them, learn about their customs, and enjoy traditional dances and storytelling.

Bid farewell to Bwindi and begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park’s southern sector called Ishasha, another gem in Uganda's wildlife portfolio.

You will make a stop at Agartha's Taste of Uganda, an uplift group that was set up to conserve the biodiversity of the area by reducing threats to the ecosystems through increased economic opportunities for local community members. Here women are skilled to boast their financial capacity.

After a leisurely breakfast, you will journey to Rubalika Safari Lodge and Farm.

Relax at this serene facility with delightful 'High Tea' by the peaceful banks of the River Dura, enjoying a selection of teas and pastries.

After lunch, embark on a guided nature walk and farm tour to delve into the intricacies of farming crops such as vanilla, avocado, cocoa, matoke and the other farm’s agricultural activities.

Explore the lodge's botanical garden to learn about traditional and medicinal plants indigenous to Uganda. Experience the fascinating process of making banana juice and Uganda’s renowned Waragi Gin ('War Gin') with an opportunity to sample these local delicacies.

In the evening, gather around a campfire for lively conversations before enjoying a sumptuous three-course dinner, ending the day with a well-deserved rest.

With an early start to the day, you will head to the park headquarters. Here, you'll receive a detailed briefing on the chimpanzees you're about to track, followed by an exhilarating hike through the lush forest of Kibale.
Kibale National Park is renowned for its diverse primate species and rich birdlife. During your trek, you'll encounter chimpanzees and possibly other forest animals.

Once you encounter the chimpanzees, you will be allowed to stay around them for a full hour, observing their playfulness, grooming and feeding.

As you drive back to the Lodge, you will stop at a tea estate, where you'll have the opportunity to interact with farmers as they harvest tea. You can even try your hand at tea picking, gaining a unique insight into the local agricultural practices.

Return to your Lodge to reflect on the expeditions you just had. Unwind and soak in the tranquillity of the lodge's grounds, perhaps indulging in a soothing massage by the banks of the River Dura.

Sadly, it's time to bid farewell to the beautiful Ugandan wilderness. After breakfast, we'll start our journey back to Entebbe. As your adventure draws to a close, savour every moment of the scenic drive back to Entebbe. The rolling hills, quaint villages, and the warm smiles of the Ugandan people will accompany you on your journey, leaving indelible memories etched in your heart.

En route, take in the scenic beauty of the countryside and make a few stops along the way for some final sightings and photographs and en route Lunch.

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport in time for your onward flight, concluding this unforgettable safari adventure.
