Day 1

ThinkScene Safaris’ driver and staff will pick you up from a designated point in the Nairobi Central Business District in the morning. After a brief safari orientation, you will depart Nairobi by road, traveling through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. A stopover at the escarpment will allow for some breathtaking views before continuing the journey to the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive in time for lunch. Afterward, you can relax before heading out for an evening game drive. The Masai Mara National Reserve is Kenya's best-known park, famous for the Big Five—leopard, lion, rhino, elephant, and buffalo. It is also home to many other wild animals, including hyenas, giraffes, elands, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, Thomson’s, and Grant’s gazelles, and much more. Your dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at Lenchada Tourist Camp.

You'll start your day with an early morning breakfast before setting out for a full-day adventure in the park with picnic boxes in tow. You'll enjoy your picnic lunch on the banks of the Mara River. Then, you will continue your game drive throughout the afternoon. As evening approaches, you will head back to your accommodation. After a day of exploration, your dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at Lenchada Tourist Camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Nairobi

Masai Mara to Nairobi

You will begin your day with an early morning breakfast before checking out of your accommodation as you exit the park. You may opt to visit the famous Masai village for an extra $20, where you can experience the traditional dancing and singing of the Masai warriors and women. You'll get a glimpse into their homestead and have the opportunity to take photos of the village and the warriors. Afterward, you will depart for Nairobi with a stopover in Narok for lunch. You'll arrive in Nairobi late in the afternoon, with a drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
