Day 1

Serengeti National Park

Today, you will be transported to Zanzibar Airport to catch your flight to the Serengeti National Park. Experience an afternoon game drive, dinner, and an overnight stay at suenos de Africa. Both lunch and dinner will be provided, and each person will receive daily drinking water supplies and non-alcoholic drinks.

The Serengeti National Park is renowned as the final stronghold for significant wildlife, boasting around 3 million large animals. The majority of these animals participate in a seasonal migration, a spectacle of nature's grandeur. Encompassing 14,763km² (5,700mi²), the region's name, Serengeti, originates from the Masai word Siringet, translating to endless plains.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Wake up early for coffee, then proceed with an early morning game drive. With fewer cars and predators still active, this is the best time. We will return to our lodge late in the morning for a full breakfast, then proceed with a game drive and transit to the Ngorongoro Crater rim. This day will be full of encounters and a transition to the Ngorongoro Conversation Area, complete with some of the world's most beautiful mountains.

Later in the afternoon, you will stop at a picnic site to enjoy a panoramic view of the endless plains of the Serengeti while having lunch.

Proceeding with the game drive, you will arrive at your lodge. It is important to note that temperatures may drop significantly at night. Thus, it is recommended that you bring along an appropriate selection of warm clothing to ensure your comfort.

Day 3

Ngorongoro crater

Ngorongoro crater

On this day, you will leave your camping grounds and head towards the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is home to over 30,000 animals, making it one of the best places to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and black rhino).

We will stop at a picnic site near a hippo pool in the afternoon for lunch. Here, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the crater while listening to the symphonies of the hippos.

After lunch, we will continue our game drive and depart from the crater in the late afternoon. Then, you will make your way to your chosen accommodation for a well-deserved dinner and a cozy overnight stay.

Optional activity: For those craving more excitement, join us for the Manyara night game drive at an extra cost of $200 per person. Manyara comes alive at night, offering a completely different experience. Rest assured, washrooms are conveniently available at all entry gates and picnic sites. Get ready for a full day of adventure!

Day 4

Tarangire National Park

Get ready for an exciting day packed with adventure! After a hearty breakfast, you will be off to Tarangire, known as 'the land of giants.' Our safari guide will pick you up for a 45-minute drive to the Tarangire gate.

As you embark on a stunning game drive, keep your cameras ready for incredible wildlife sightings. You will pause for a picnic lunch by the river's edge, surrounded by nature's beauty.

Tarangire is famous for its annual migration, just as thrilling as the one in Serengeti. During the dry season, you will witness the awe-inspiring sight of numerous elephants gathering at the riverbanks.

After another exhilarating game drive, it is time to bid farewell to Tarangire. Our guide will then whisk you off to Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport for your evening flight to Zanzibar.

Game drive: 7—8 hours.
Check-out time: 4:45pm—5:30pm.
