Today our safari adventure begins! After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel around 8 am, then begin our 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. You'll arrive at Tarangire's gate around 10 am. After check-in, start your game drive. Tarangire is well known for thousands of elephants and unique tree-climbing lions, there are also plenty of wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos. Unique baobab trees that are believed to have existed for over 8000 years can be a notable feature of this park. Lunch will be taken at the Tarangire River picnic site, offering unprecedented views of the Tarangire plains. After lunch, proceed with a game drive until late evening when you'll exit the park and drive to your lodge for your overnight and dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, we depart the lodge and our Safariing guests will be driven for 20 minutes to Ngorongoro Crater. As you drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands, you'll stop at the Crater's viewpoint for about 10-15 minutes to capture stunning views and learn a short history of how it was formed. Afterward, proceed to descend the crater to explore its magnificent wildlife. Ngorongoro is home to an extraordinary array of wildlife, including the legendary Big Five animals (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos). With our experienced guide, you will set out to witness these animals, especially the rare and difficult-to-find Black Rhino. In the afternoon you will pause for lunch at the Hippo Pool picnic site, which is inhabited by a bloat of hippos and offers panoramic views of the crater. After lunch, you will proceed with an exploration of the Park until later you ascend the Crater and return to Karatu for overnight and dinner.

Lake Eyasi
After a tasty breakfast, embark on a fascinating day trip to Lake Eyasi, where you'll have the rare opportunity to meet the Hadzabe and Datoga people. Begin your journey with the Hadzabe, one of the last hunter-gatherer communities in Africa. Experience their traditional way of life, joining them on a hunt and learning about their survival skills, ancient customs, and deep connection to nature. Next, visit the Datoga tribe, known for its skilled blacksmithing and rich cultural heritage. Engage with the tribes, gaining insight into their unique lifestyles and traditions, before departing to Zanzibar.
