Your adventure begins with an early departure at 6 a.m. from Kampala, Entebbe, or Jinja. As we set off, you'll be treated to food and refreshments during the journey, making the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Along the way, we’ll have the unique opportunity to pass the equator, where you can pause to take in this iconic landmark and snap some memorable photos.

By late afternoon, we’ll arrive at your accommodation, where a delicious dinner will be waiting for you, offering a chance to relax and unwind after a day of travel.

Gorilla tracking

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the accommodation at 7 a.m., fueling up for the exciting adventure ahead. At 8 a.m., embark on an unforgettable gorilla tracking experience, where you’ll trek through the dense jungle in search of these magnificent creatures. The trek can last anywhere from 1 to 8 hours, depending on the location of the gorilla families, offering plenty of time to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the forest.

After your trek, return to the accommodation for a well-deserved lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you have the option to engage in additional activities within the community, such as cultural tours, visiting local craft markets, or exploring nearby nature trails.

End the day with a delightful dinner at the accommodation, reflecting on the incredible experiences of the day.

To ensure a comfortable trip, we'll make stops along the route where you can enjoy delicious food and refreshments. Whether it's a taste of local cuisine or a quick snack, these breaks will keep you energized and refreshed as we journey back to your starting point. By the time we arrive, you'll have a collection of unforgettable memories to take with you.
