3-Day Amazing Kilimanjaro Hike & Tarangire Safari

Kilimanjaro hike ( Marangu route )

At 06:30am after enjoying breakfast at your hotel in either Arusha or Moshi, you will meet your guide and embark on a one hour drive to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate. Upon completing the registration process, your climb will begin. The initial trek takes you through the lush rainforest as you make your way to the Mandara encampment. You’ll have the option to take a scenic detour to Maundi Crater, offering panoramic views of Northern Tanzania and Kenya. Keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife of the rainforest, including majestic eucalyptus trees, vibrant bird species, and playful colobus monkeys.

Following lunch, you will hike back to the park gate and then be driven back to Arusha / Moshi.

Arusha to Tarangire enjoying elephants

At 7:00 AM, our guide will collect you from your Arusha hotel for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a journey of about 2 hours in a private 4x4 safari vehicle. Known for its stunning biodiversity and large elephant herds, Tarangire features diverse landscapes from seasonal swamps to expansive savanna. Spot lions on the hunt, leopards lounging in trees, and much more as you embark on a full-day game drive from morning till evening. After your adventure, unwind with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Ngorongoro, Prime Spot for Black Rhino Sightings

After breakfast at 06:30 am, embark on a scenic drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Later afternoon drive back to Arusha town.
As a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera, Ngorongoro Crater is a natural wonder teeming with wildlife. Home to around 30,000 large mammals year-round, including elusive black rhinos, majestic lions, giant elephants, and cheetahs, plus diverse bird species like flamingos and eagles, this crater offers a rich safari experience.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the afternoon. After your game drive, we’ll return you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, with flexibility to accommodate your departure time and next destination.
