Journey from Arusha to the Southern Serengeti, Your Safari Awaits

We’ll pick you up from Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha City in the morning and drive to the southern Serengeti's Ndutu region, renowned for its exceptional wildlife viewing during the green season from December to March. Here, around 8,000 wildebeest calves are born daily, and it's the best spot to see six species of cats—leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, African wildcat—along with a diverse array of other wildlife. After enjoying a picnic lunch in the park, we'll continue our game drive to witness more of Ndutu's incredible wildlife before heading to our permanent tented camp for dinner and a relaxing evening in the heart of the wilderness.

After breakfast, embark on an exciting full-day game drive in the Southern Serengeti's Ndutu area, where Lake Ndutu attracts a variety of wildlife despite its alkaline waters. From December to April, the grazing plains come alive with the wildebeest migration, along with elephants, birds, and predators. In the evening, drive to your accommodation on the Ngorongoro rim for dinner and overnight relaxation at Rhino Lodge, the ideal base for exploring the Ngorongoro Crater and its stunning surroundings.

From Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, A Scenic Farewell Journey

After an early breakfast at 6:00 AM, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an unforgettable crater tour. Spend the day exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you'll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five amidst the stunning natural environment. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater as you take in the breathtaking scenery. In the late afternoon, we'll drive you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, where your safari adventure comes to an end.
