Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, we’ll descend 600 meters (2,000 feet) into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater’s year-round water supply and rich grazing grounds support diverse wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, eland, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. The area is also renowned for its high density of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and occasionally leopards, which may require a keen eye to spot.
