4-Day Lake Mburo NP and Bwindi NP Gorilla Trekking Tour

Pick Up and Transfer to Lake Mburo NP

You will be picked up by our knowledgeable and experienced driver-guide, given a detailed briefing of your safari and you will travel south-west to Lake Mburo National Park.

You will break your 4 hour journey at the Equator crossing for some pictures and lunch will be en route in Mbarara.

You will then enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park followed by a boat ride on Lake Mburo where you will see more aquatic wildlife.

Retire to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Transfer to Kisoro

After breakfast, you will set off towards Kisoro enjoying scenic views of the Kigezi highlands, Lake Bunyonyi- Africa's second deepest lake and the Virunga ranges.

You will expereince varying weather patterns as you get into high altitude environment in Kabale and Kisoro. Check into Mutanda Lake lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After a very early morning breakfast, you will take a drive towards the national park gate by 7:30 am where you will receive a further briefing and your safari will start. You will then spend time in this natural forest that serves as home to the majestic gorillas only available in this part of the world.

Well-trained rangers who have spent time with the gorillas will accompany and guide you to locate the gorillas.
You will be issued with a certificate on your return.

You will return to your lodge room for a well-deserved rest.

Travel back to Entebbe

You will set off towards Kampala and Entebbe where your safari will end.

Depending on your departure time, an hour at the Igongo Cultural Museum where you will have your lunch is recommended.
