Your adventure begins with a 6:00 AM pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar. After a short flight to Arusha Airport, you will set out for Tarangire National Park, enjoying a scenic drive with a picnic lunch en route. Tarangire, Tanzania’s third-largest national park, is renowned for its majestic baobab trees and is home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds. The Tarangire River, a lifeline for the park’s wildlife, attracts diverse species, including lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffe, and zebra. After a full day of thrilling game drives, you will return to your camp or lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits.

Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
On the final day of your safari, you will embark on an early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater at approximately 6:30 AM. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera, offers a breathtaking setting for wildlife viewing. Spanning 260 square kilometers with a depth of over 2,000 feet, the crater floor teems with wildlife, including African elephants, buffalos, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. After a 5-hour game drive and a picnic lunch by the scenic Hippo Pool, you will ascend the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha. You will arrive in Arusha by 6:00 PM, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location or accommodation.
