Sightseeing

Today there is sightseeing and game activities galore. Matobo National Park is home to some of the best-preserved examples of ancient San (Bushmen) rock art in Southern Africa. These paintings, found in caves and on rock faces, depict animals, hunting scenes, and spiritual figures, offering insight into the lives and beliefs of the region's early inhabitants. Explore the park by vehicle to spot wildlife in their natural habitat, especially in the game park area. For a more immersive experience, join a guided walking safari. The park is one of the few places where you can track rhinos on foot, which is both exhilarating and educational.
