Visit Dorze Village and Return to Arba Minch
Dorze Village is one of Ethiopia's most fascinating cultural destinations, located in the southern part of the country, near the town of Arba Minch in the Gamo Highlands. The village is home to the Dorze people, a small ethnic group known for their distinctive culture, weaving skills, and unique bamboo huts. The Dorze are renowned for their weaving skills, producing some of the finest textiles in Ethiopia. They use hand-spun cotton to create beautiful scarves, shawls, and traditional garments. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns of their textiles are highly valued and sold in markets across the country.
