Game drive

You will wake up early in the morning and leave the hotel at 5:00 a.m. to drive around 3 hours from Kigali to Akagera National Park for attending briefing at reception at 8:00 a.m. then you start to enjoy the game drive. You will use around 6 hours inside from South up to North of the Park. Apart from seeing with your eyes big five animals (Lions, elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes and Rhinoceros), you will also enjoy to meet with different species of other wild animals, aquatic animals and plants which are hosted in that savanna forest. You will get out from the Park at 2 p.m. to return at Kigali to spend a night.

Mountain gorilla trekking

You will wake up early in the morning to leave the hotel at 5:00 a.m. to drive 2 hours and 30 min from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park with intention to attend the 7 a.m briefing at reception. Gorilla trekking activity starts under control of a Guide and trackers. When the gorilla family spotted, visitors are allowed 1 hour for viewing, taking pictures and analysing their behaviour in their natural habitat then you go back at the hotel for lunch and spend a night. The activite can last 3 hours but it depends with at which distance you find them.
