Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

An early morning pick up from your City hotel or the Airport for the 5-hour drive to Maasai Mara, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley’s Eastern Escarpment for scenic views and photos. This geological wonder stretches over 7,000 kilometers, featuring volcanoes, hot springs, and diverse ecosystems. Continue past Longonot and Suswa to Narok town for a short break. You’ll arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a game drive where you can see a variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, zebras, crocodiles, gazelles, and wildebeest. The landscape is stunning, with picturesque savannas, indigenous trees, and endless valleys. You’ll continue the game drive until sunset, then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Mara to Nairobi by Road

A last game drive after breakfast on your way out of the Park. Journey back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the International Airport for your homeward-bound flight.

Travellers with limited time may opt for a flight back to Nairobi from Mara Serena Airstrip at an extra cost. In Nairobi you will be picked up at Wilson Airport (the Domestic Airport south of the city and be dropped of at the International Airport for your outward flight.
