Day 1

Arrival in Windhoek

Arrival in Windhoek

Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you will be met by your driver. Then, you will take a scenic drive to Windhoek city, where you will collect your 4x4 rental vehicle.

Use the rest of the day to acclimatize and rest after your journey. Dinner can be taken at a nearby restaurant.

Day 2

Kalahari Desert

Kalahari Desert

After a hearty Namibian breakfast, you can spend the morning seeing Windhoek and its unique landmarks. Before embarking on your adventure, you can stop by the Namibian Craft Centre to pick up some mementos.

Exit Windhoek and travel to the red dunes of the Kalahari. After you have checked in, embark on your first sundowner game drive to get acquainted with your surroundings, with snacks and drinks included.

Day 3-4

Sossusvlei & Deadvlei

Sossusvlei & Deadvlei

After an optional morning activity, you'll head west to Namib-Naukluft Park. Your lodge for the next 2 nights will serve as the starting point for your 4x4 adventure, as you will need to drive off-road to reach the secluded valleys of Deadvlei and Sossusvlei. This huge park contains some of the world's highest dunes, as well as the Sesriem Canyon.

Today, you will make your journey to the Skeleton Coast, where Swakopmund will be your home for the next 2 nights. This town boasts early German architecture as well as some of the top restaurants in Namibia. You will also be able to participate in numerous activities, both wildlife and cultural. Be sure to stop at Solitaire en route to try Namibia’s most famous apple crumble pie.

Day 7

Damaraland & Twyfelfontein

Damaraland & Twyfelfontein

As you leave the misty conditions of the shore, you will travel to Damaraland. Not only is it known for its harsh landscape, but it also contains some of the world's oldest rock paintings. En route, you will pass via the little German holiday town of Wlotzkasbaken and stop at the Zeila Shipwreck. A reminder of why "the land God made in anger" is known as The Skeleton Coast.

Today will be a thrilling 4x4 safari as you drive through Etosha National Park, from the south to the east, where Mushara Outpost is located.

You will be given a comprehensive map at the entrance gate that will direct you to all of the park's waterholes. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a sundowner drink at their intimate and private waterhole.

Your adventure is almost over, but not before you visit the renowned Okonijma Private Game Reserve, which is home to the AfriCat Foundation.

En route, you can make a quick stop at Hoba, the world's largest known meteorite. When you arrive at Okonjima Plains Camp, you can rest before embarking on an exciting leopard-tracking adventure with skilled lodge guides.

Tonight, you'll have your last dinner under the Namibian night sky.
