Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be met by our airport representative and transferred to a city hotel for a briefing. Our rep will take you through a brief pre-safari orientation before embarking on your dream safari adventure in Kenya. Proceed by driving southwards to Amboseli via Emali town and arrive on time for lunch. The afternoon game drive includes searching for the Big Five (elephants, buffalos, lions, rhinos and leopards) and a great view of Mount Kilimanjaro before returning to your lodge as the sun sets.

Amboseli, nestled at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya, is renowned for its magnificent landscapes and thriving elephant population. The park offers a stunning backdrop of the snow-capped peak of Africa’s highest mountain. With over 400 species of birds, the park is a haven for bird enthusiasts. The variety ranges from waterbirds like pelicans, kingfishers, and crakes to the globe’s largest bird, the ostrich.

Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

Early breakfast, followed by an early morning game drive in the reserve, is a great opportunity to explore the vast flora and fauna of this magnificent reserve. After a rewarding game drive, drive to Nairobi and have lunch at a restaurant there. In the afternoon, you will proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and visit Crescent Island.

Begin with a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, heading to Crescent Island. The shores host abundant birdlife, especially huge numbers of pelicans, cormorants, and fish-eagles with haunting cries. There is also a big family group of hippopotamus in the lake. Crescent Island is one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya, often called Naivasha's best-kept secret. It is private, secure, and patrolled by guides who can accompany anyone who wishes to take a guided walk.

There are more animals per acre than any other Kenyan park. Hence, many film companies have visited the island to film the herds of wildebeest, waterbuck, zebra, and gazelle.

Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara

After breakfast, drive west past Mount Longonot and via Narok to the Masai Mara National Reserve to arrive for a hot lunch at your camp/lodge. Spend the afternoon leisurely, with optional activities like visiting the Maasai Cultural Village or taking a walking safari flanked by Maasai warriors (morans). The walk in the middle of the rolling African savannah takes you through an experience of learning the medicinal plants that the Maasai use and how they co-exist with wildlife in the Mara ecosystem.

The Masai Mara National Reserve (also known as Masai Mara and the Mara) is a large game reserve in Narok County, Kenya, contiguous with the Serengeti National Park in the Mara region. It is named in honor of the Maasai people (the ancestral inhabitants of the area) and their description of the area when looked at from afar. The Mara, which is Maa (Maasai language) for "spotted", is an apt description for the circles of trees, scrub, savannah, and cloud shadows that mark the area.
