An early pick up by our representative to be dropped off to the SGR Train Station in time for the SGR train departing Nairobi at 8:00 am. You will need to check in 1 hour before departure. The 4-hour train journey gives you a glimpse of Kenya's breathtaking landscapes. From Voi Train Station, our driver will meet you and drive you to the sprawling Tsavo West National Park spanning over 9,000 square kilometers. Check in for lunch at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive before returning for dinner and overnight stay. Tsavo West differs from its counterpart Tsavo East with its many swamps, Lake Jipe, Mzima Springs and the world famous Shetani Lava Flow. It also features an assortment of game including hippos, crocodile, Maasai giraffe and the Big Five. The Man-eating Lions of Tavo and other smaller animals including bush baby, hartebeest and lesser kudu as well as prolific birdlife will impress any wildlife enthusiast.

Day 2
Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park
Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, embark on a leisurely morning game drive on your way out of Tsavo West headed to Amboseli National Park nestled under the shadow of the Kilimanjaro. Enjoy the park’s diverse landscapes, including the volcanic formations and Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and crocodiles. Amboseli is 240 kilometers northwest of Tsavo West. The drive takes about 3-4 hours, depending on road conditions and any wildlife sightings along the way.
Upon arrival in Amboseli, check in at your Amboseli Serena Lodge and enjoy a leisurely lunch. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive in Amboseli. Explore the park’s vast plains and swamps, and look out for large herds of elephants and other wildlife, with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a stunning backdrop. If time permits, visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park.
Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3

Begin with an early breakfast, followed by a full day of game drives. Enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Kilimanjaro before clouds cover the summit. Experience the thrill of observing wild animals and captivating landscapes. Visit the observation point for a bird’s eye view of the park teeming with wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Meals are provided on a full-board basis.
Optional activities available at an extra cost include a Hot Air Balloon Safari or a visit to a Maasai village.

Day 4

After breakfast, embark on a final game drive enroute to the SGR Train Station as you head back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at JKIA for your onward flight or at your City hotel marking the end of your amazing Kili-Ambo adventure.
