Day 1

Nairobi-Masai Mara National Reserve

Having arrived in the World's only wildlife capital, you will be received by one of our safari guide/driver at the airport or railway station or place of residence ready by 0630Hrs EAT. By on boarding our luxury safari jeep, fitted with reclining seats, Phone charging ports on every seat, a pair of binocular at your disposal & free Wi-Fi, you will set off to Masai Mara, 227Kms south east of the Great Rift-valley. A short stop will be made at the Rift-Valley view point for you to get to view, learn more about it and have photos for yourself then proceed on with the safari, with more stops at Narok town for use of rest rooms at designated places and finally pass by the Masai village to experience their cultural practices. Its after this that yo will head on and check in for hot lunch at Mara Sarova Camp, later an enroute afternoon game drive and check in for dinner and staycation at your lodge.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

With a call of the early whistling birds, you will head out for an early game drive by 0600Hrs EAT with packed picnic breakfast to able to catch the sunrise in the wild savannah grassland. Masai Mara being a vast game reserve, it holds a variety of wildlife species like the Big 5 of Africa, different bird species, giant reptiles among many other mammals that you may be able to spot. Also you may be able to catch the wildebeest migration as they cross from Serengeti to Masai Mara & traverse through the savannah in such of greener pastures in the month of July and August. A spectacular moment that you wouldn't want to miss on your visit here. Having carried breakfast with you, it will also be opportunity to enjoy it in the bush, under the scattered Desert Date trees across the savannah as you view the surrounding wildlife nature. It's after this morning game drive that you will head back for lunch at the lodge, afternoon rest & later an evening game drive for more wildlife spotting.

Day 3

Ruma National Park

After breakfast, you will check out by 0800Hrs EAT with packed picnic lunch boxes & head to Ruma National Park, 192Kms West of Kenya. On arrival, you will have a lunch break at the park premises before checking in to the park for an afternoon game drive and later in to your lodge for dinner & staycation. Ruma, termed as a dramatic valley of the Roan antelope is one of the country’s more rewarding but less well known parks with a mosaic of landscapes, ranging from riverine woodland and rolling savannah to magnificent escarpments & towering cliffs, promising undiscovered wildlife treasures and undisturbed peace. It is also Kenya’s last remaining sanctuary for the endangered Roan antelope & the only protected area in Kenya where the globally threatened blue swallow, a scarce intra-African migrant, is regularly recorded that you will be out to spot for a bird watcher among other wildlife species like; Rothschild’s giraffe, Jackson’s hartebeest, Black rhino, White rhino & Burchell′s zebra.

Day 4

Takawiri Island

After long days & hours of game adventure, it will be now time to immerse yourself in to relaxation on the sandy beach at Takawiri Island, a haven of peace and tranquility. It is after breakfast that you will depart by 0900Hrs EAT to Takawiri Island on a motor boat, where you will check into your lodge for lunch, relaxation, dinner and staycation.

Being another day of relaxing, catching the amazing sunrise and sunset at the lake, one will be also free to indulge into any of the activities offered around the lodge like Swimming in the lake, speed boat rides, Kayaking, sports fishing or taking part in out door games. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be offered as per your arranged plans with the lodge as they make your stay with them more enjoyable and memorable.

Day 6

Nairobi

Nairobi

Being the last day of your safari with along travel day back to Nairobi, you will have breakfast & check out by 0730Hrs to be transferred back to the main land and board your safari jeep back to the capital city. On the way back, few stops will be made on the Kenyan large tea plantation farms for the beautiful landscape viewing, photo shoots, purchase of pure Kenyan tea at the tea shops on the farms and also use of the rest rooms. You will also have a lunch break stop on the way before getting to Nairobi and be transferred to the airport or place of residence marking end of the safari with best memories to take back home with you.
