After a delightful breakfast, your safari adventure kicks off with a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Day 3

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we’ll set off for the Serengeti, embarking on a scenic and adventurous drive that will take approximately 4 to 5 hours through the rugged terrain of the Crater Highlands, leading you to the expansive plains of the Serengeti. Along the way, you'll enjoy captivating game viewing.

We’ll pause for a picnic lunch at Naabi Hill Gate within the Serengeti before continuing with an afternoon game drive. As the sun sets over this iconic landscape, we’ll head to Signature Serengeti Luxury Camp for a sumptuous dinner and a restful overnight stay.

**Optional Activity:** En route through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you have the option to visit Maasai villages. Please note that this experience may feel somewhat commercial for some travelers.

Today, you’ll rise early to embark on a breathtaking sunrise game drive. Witnessing the sunrise over the African savanna is a truly magical experience, and you'll have the opportunity to see the wildlife at its most active.

You’ll continue exploring the Serengeti with a morning game drive, soaking in the stunning landscapes and wildlife until lunchtime. After a midday break, we’ll exit the park and drive to Ngorongoro Ang’ata Camp for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Today, we’ll set off at 6 AM in our safari vehicle, descending into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater with a packed breakfast and lunch in tow. This remarkable area, spanning 260 square kilometers and approximately 20 kilometers in diameter, is home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the elusive black rhino. With luck, we might spot one of these rare creatures. We’ll spend 5 to 6 hours exploring this incredible environment.

After our adventure in the crater, we’ll drive back to Karatu, where you’ll enjoy an overnight stay at Eileens Inn Trees. The following day, you’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park to continue your safari journey.
