Day 1

Tarangire walking game drive and night game drive

Meet your experienced English speaking guide at your Hotel in Arusha at 8:30am, drive with picnic lunch to Tarangire National Park.

When you arrive your meet Armed ranger and have a walking safari in the morning around the Park, during a walking safari in Tarangire National Park you feast your eyes on gigantic baobab trees, acacia woodlands and outgrown termite mounds. Don’t be suprised if you also come across migrating herds of cape buffalos, wildebeests, and zebras, or have a rendezvous with olive baboons, giraffes, impalas, and gazelles etc

After lunch proceed with game drive and have opportunities to see Zebras, Wildebeests, Buffaloes, Elephants, Maasai Giraffes, Fringe-eared Oryx’s (gemsbok), Predators include Lions, Cheetah and Leopards.

After sunset drive to Tarangire public campsite for early dinner.

Night game drives.
After dinner leave the camp at 20:00 and proceed with night game drives until 23:00 drive back to the Tarangire Public campsite for overnight.

Early morning at 05:45am take your breakfast box and proceed for a sunrise game drive, and continue with game drives till afternoon drive back to the camp for hot lunch.

After lunch proceed with game drives till late evening drive to Migombani campsite for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, have a full day game drive en route with picnic lunch boxes to Pimbi Campsite at Central Serengeti.

Pass through Ngongoro Conservation Area where you will view different wildlife on the way to Serengeti.

A million wildebeest, each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfilling its instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life: a frenzied three-week bout of territorial conquests and mating; survival of the fittest as 40km (25 mile) long columns plunge through crocodile-infested waters on the annual exodus north; replenishing the species in a brief population explosion that produces more than 8,000 calves daily before the 1,000 km (600 mile) pilgrimage begins again.

Day 4

Early at 05:30 am take your breakfast box and proceed for Sunrise game drive until 08:30am drive back to the camp, take your picnic lunch box and proceed for a full day drive in this wonderful National Park.

Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year with picnic lunch, we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of Lions, be in the middle of the Migration, sometimes surrounded by Wildebeests, Zebras, which travel with the Wildebeests.

This diverse and interesting landscape will provide you with the ultimate in game viewing, you will hopefully see all of the plain games; elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Lions and if you are lucky you will see the elusive Leopards and Cheetahs, as well as huge amounts of interesting bird life.

After sunset drive to Pimbi campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

After early breakfast drive to Ngorongoro, Descend 610 meters into Ngorongoro Crater floor for 6 hours game viewing with picnic lunch. Spot the endangered black Rhinos, Lions, Elephants, Zebras, Buffaloes and wildebeest and other wild animals.

Also, in Ngorongoro Crater Soda Lake you will see many species of birds including Flamingos. All these animals in turn support large predators such as Lions and Leopards, and scavengers such as Hyenas and Jackals.

Late evening drive to Simba campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Visit olmoti Crater-waterfalls and walk to Empakai crater rim

After breakfast drive to Olmoti crater, walk around the crater for one hour, visit waterfalls.

Then drive to Bulati Maasai local primary school and have a lunch near the school.

After lunch trek to Empakai. The walk offers spectacular views of both recent and ancient volcanic mountains, including Kilimanjaro, Meru, and Olmoti Crater, The Empakaai Crater is 300m deep with almost half the floor covered by a soda lake. Bushbuck, Buffalo, and blue monkey can be seen on the rim, which on a clear day boasts superb views of mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Lake Natron. During the night you may hear flamingo sounds as they return from their breeding ground at Lake Manyara and Lake Natron,

Approximate trekking time 4 hours covering a distance of 9kms. Tonight, you will sleep at an elevation of 3100m at Empakai crater rim campsite.

Day 7

Descend down in to Empakai Crater

Descend down in to Empakai Crater

After breakfast, you will walk pole pole (slowly -slowly)about 6 hours up and down through the beautifully scenery, viewing the magnificent Maasai plains, and Maasai mountain of God, to the rim of Empakai Crater, have a lunch in the crater floor just at the edge of the Lake.

Buffalos, water buck, reed buck, Zebras, Wildebeests, buffaloes and different species of birds can be seen at the close range, during the walk around the lake. After lunch ascend to the rim and then drive back to Arusha.
