Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi and driven to Amboseli National Park, which is less than a five-hour drive away. The park is renowned for its stunning scenery, highlighted by the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the open plains. Amboseli is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.

Nature enthusiasts can explore five different habitats, including the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, savannah and woodlands. Upon your arrival, we will depart for a game drive, after which you will proceed to your lodge for check-in. You will enjoy lunch and have a brief rest before embarking on afternoon game drives in the park until sunset.

Dinner and an overnight stay will be at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 2

You will start your day with an early morning breakfast before checking out and driving to Lake Nakuru National Park. Along the way, you will stop in Lake Naivasha for a delicious lunch, allowing plenty of time for a game drive in Lake Nakuru later in the afternoon.

Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned for its rich wildlife and stunning landscapes. You can expect to see black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hippos inhabiting euphorbia forests, acacia woodlands, savannah grasslands, and rocky escarpments surrounding a shallow, alkaline lake. The park is known for offering some of Kenya's best wildlife viewing opportunities. During your visit to Lake Nakuru, you will also have the chance to encounter the Rothschild's giraffe, a rare and endangered species introduced to the park in 1997.

In the evening, you will check in at the lodge, enjoy dinner and spend the night at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.

Day 3

You will start your day with an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, you will leave Lake Nakuru National Park for Masai Mara National Reserve, a 5-hour drive. You are expected to arrive in time for lunch and check in at the highly-rated boutique accommodation, Entim Mara Camp.

You will go on a game drive in the Masai Mara in the afternoon. The Masai Mara National Reserve is known for its breathtaking landscapes, warm and welcoming people, and diverse wildlife, both large and small. This reserve is particularly famous for hosting the great wildebeest migration, which attracts over 1.5 million wildebeest to its vast savannahs from July to October.

At the end of the day, you will return to the camp for dinner and spend the night there after enjoying an African sunset.

Day 4

Masai Mara National Reserve

You will enjoy an early breakfast followed by a full day in the reserve, which includes a picnic lunch in the wild. The Masai Mara plains are teeming with wildebeest during the migration season, from early July to the end of September. You might also see zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, Thomson's gazelles, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals and bat-eared foxes. Although black rhinos are somewhat shy and difficult to spot, you may catch a glimpse of them from a distance if you are lucky. Additionally, hippos and Nile crocodiles are abundant in the Mara River.

Later, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the camp, your dedicated driver-guide will assist you with the checkout process before heading to Nairobi, the vibrant capital city of Kenya.

You will arrive in Nairobi in time for lunch. Following a delicious meal, your driver will take you to the airport for your flight home or drop you off at your hotel in Nairobi.
