Day 1

After breakfast at your Arusha accommodation, our driver guide will meet you for a brief orientation before departing for Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its scenic landscapes, with the Tarangire River winding through low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. The vegetation is mainly acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with expansive swamps in the south. During the dry season, the river and swamps become magnets for a variety of wildlife. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and is home to three rare species: the greater kudu, fringed-eared oryx, and ashy starling. Enjoy a picnic lunch and continue your game drive until late evening, then head to Karatu Safari Camp for an overnight stay.

Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. After breakfast, you'll travel to Serengeti National Park, Tanzania's third-largest national park, renowned for its abundant wildlife, including the "Big Five." Begin your adventure with a morning game drive, where you'll have the opportunity to observe the park's diverse animal species. Following a picnic lunch, you'll continue your game drive in the afternoon, immersing yourself further in the Serengeti's rich wildlife. In the evening, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Today, you'll descend over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of wildlife viewing. With a constant supply of water and vegetation, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a diverse range of animals, including wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and large African elephants. The crater is also famous for its high density of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards that may require a keen eye to spot. Additionally, the area is often frequented by large flocks of flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. In the late afternoon, you'll head to the campsite for an overnight stay.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, situated in northern Tanzania, is famous for the vast Ngorongoro Crater and its "Big Five" game animals: elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Each year, immense herds of wildebeests and zebras migrate across its plains. The semi-nomadic Maasai community also graze their livestock alongside the wildlife. Additionally, the Olduvai Gorge within the area is renowned for its hominin fossils dating back millions of years. In the afternoon, you'll leave the national park and head back to Arusha.
