With our Professional guide drive to Tarangire National Park which is famous for the thousands of elephants that come down to the park during the dry season in search of water, but there are also plenty of wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, buffalo and hippos. Moreover, Tarangire National Park has a varied, beautifully rough and hilly terrain around a winding river where many animals come to drink. In addition, the park is famous for its huge baobab trees, yellow acacias, small swamps and palm trees. Spend a full day game drive then drive back to your Lodge in Karatu.

Day 2

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Conservation Area spans from Serengeti National Park in the north, to the Great Rift Valley in the East. The conservation area covers more than 8,000 km2 (3200 sq. miles). It consist of Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu, Olduvai Gorge, Empakaai, Olmoti Crater and Oldonyo Lengai Mountain. The mix of forests, valleys, savannah, craters, lakes and swamps is home for a wide range of animals. The famous crater is the main feature of this area two to three million years ago the large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself which resulted the crater formed which then created a unique ecosystem with a wide variety of vegetation. The Crater is home to zebras, buffalos, warthogs, baboons, elephants, flamingos, ostriches and hippos. You can find high population of predators including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and leopards. Of course the attraction of the Ngorongoro Crater are the Big-Five which includes- Buffalos, Elephants, Leopards, Lions and Rhinos. Later drive back to Arusha.

After breakfast, you will depart to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes. The park is famous for the arboreal lions, which hide among the branches of the trees, and numerous colonies of baboons that populate the forest and will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park. Once you finish the game drive, you will be transferred to Mto wa Mbu, which offers cross-cultural interaction that can't be reached anywhere in Africa. Plus it's deal location near the rift valley escarpment and lake Manyara makes it the perfect place to explore Africa's natural environment like, Maasai market tour, local food experince, Maasai boma and many other stunning experience.
